Winter Solstice gentle flow class and intention setting – December 21^st. Our Solstice class will be happening in place of the 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm class on Monday. This is the shortest day of sunlight, so it is the perfect time to celebrate new beginnings and possibilities as we honour the sun deity back to earth.
