Martha will guide you through unique flow combinations that will challenge and strengthen your entire body. Vinyassa means to link one movement to the next with breath and intention. You will ignite your breath and stoke the internal fire of your soul-force energy while increasing your strength, flexibility and balance. You are just a better person after you hit the mat!!
Yoga with Weights
A traditional vinyassa yoga class with the addition of light weights. Enjoy the benefits of strengthening your core, muscles, and bones while boosting your mood and metabolism long after class is over! You just get stronger after every class!
Sculpt Yoga
Yoga meets strength training in a unique way in this sculpt yoga class . This class uses resistance bands and sliders (or paper plates, dishtowels, socks ) to tone your upper and lower body. Get strong and flexible at the same time. Your booty will thank you every time after this one!
Yin/Yang Yoga
Get ready to dive into a vigorous flow to build some heat (tapas) to help rid your temple of any toxins and impurities, then shift into the sweet, some longer held Yin poses that will nourish and nurture your body
